Polynesian Arrowroot Starch

This food grade Arrowroot is a starch made from the tubers of Tacca leontopetaloides. This is a granular form of the starch. A drink is made using this starch in the Maldives by boiling it in water, and adding sugar and rose water once the granules become translucent.
